Though most of its experimental offerings will screen in Windsor, the Media City Film Festival launches at 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Detroit Film Theatre with the North American premiere of 2011's "Differently, Molussia." Admission, as with all the festival's programs, is pay what you can.
