At Monday night?s City Council meeting, opponents of a proposed fireworks ban turned up the heat on members of the council who were hearing the issue for the third straight meeting.
Alderwoman Jan Hogue has proposed a ban on fireworks within the city of Maumelle. She introduced the proposed ordinance during Monday evening?s City Council meeting but immediately called for a month?s delay before the proposal is read.
